In a nut shell the part framed panels are designed for concrete slotted posts and fully framed designed for timber posts to give you a frame to screw into . Although the fully framed panels can be used for both where as the part framed can only be used for concrete . The Fully framed panels come with 4 horizontal bars and 2 x vertical bars creating the frame . The part framed panels come with 4 horizontal bars , everything els on the panels are exactly the same .
