We aim to please with everything that we do. Please read the terms below to avoid any misunderstanding.

• Delivery charges will be quoted depending on size of order & locations of order
• We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to the Isle of Wight.

Transport and arrival 

• Our deliveries are made on either a 3.5 tonne flat bed van or a 18 tonne Hiab Lorry depending on load, our delivery is to the kerb side / Front of property only, customers need to make their own arrangements for moving materials to the back of the house if needed.
• We will contact you to arrange a delivery date, we always try our best to give you a rough arrival time but in busy periods you will be given an AM / PM slot
• If there is any difficulty regarding access to the property / delivery zone then the customer needs to notify us by phoning 02392 50 30 10 before the planned delivery date.
• If we are unable to deliver due to access problems that have not been notified then a further delivery charge will apply.
• Customers need to note any shortages or damage to the driver and mark them on the delivery note before the lorry leaves the delivery site.
• Goods delivered without a customer present become the responsibility of the customer and it is not possible to then entertain any shortages or damage.
• Our 7.5 & 18 tonne lorry will only enter properties with the owners permission .
• Solent Fencing will not be held liable for any damages to driveways due to the weight of vehicles if the customer has invited us on to their property for the purpose of the delivery.
